I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the large balcony with a stunning view. The location to the nearest ski lift was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the red slope made it convenient for skiing enthusiasts like myself. Transportation was easily accessible, with a bus stop close by. the hotel's location and amenities made it an ideal choice for a ski vacation.

Free wi-fi, good staff, rich breakfast. But very very noisy!

It was clean when we arrived. Our room had a small balcony. It was possible to cook our own breakfast in the small kitchenette. There is a bus you can take to the slopes.

The stuff were neither helpful nor friendly. We had to pay a deposite of € 150 cash per room when we arrived. We had 4 rooms= €600, that is a lot of money in your wallet, that you have to excange back when you return home, when you can't get the money back on your card. We got a problem when noone told us we had to pay cash, and the two cashmachines we tried were broken. The atmosphere at the hotel were not friendly and cosy, it seems as the owner only wants to make as much money as possible without making any effort. I know that I always get what I pay for, and this hotel is cheap, but a smile and friendly treatment from the stuff doesn't cost a lot!

The location was perfect for our xmas ski trip, with easy access to the slopes and nearby shops and restaurants. The spacious room offered comfortable and well-heated furniture, making it a cozy place to rest after a long day of skiing. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful tips and information about the area.

We experienced some negative aspects during our stay. The ski room lacked proper boot dryers, resulting in damp equipment the next day.

That they gave usa refund for one night as compensation.

The heaters weren't working for the first and last night. When they were, it was too hot and we couldn't adjust it ourselves. We were not taking seriously until we kicked up a fuss and we ended up spendeding a couple of hours dealing with different people. Also the fridge was turned right down and had 4 inches of water in the bottom of it!

Its a nice Appartment with good parking space in front of the house.

We booked a nonsmooker room and got a smooker. It was written: two french double beds, in the room was only one double bed, two single bed and one couch. The apartment wasn´t cleaned before we entered it. We had to drive from one end of the town to the other to get the key for the room an on the next day we had to do the same again to pay. And we just stayed one night and we left the apartment very clean and had to pay 55€ for final cleanig!!! Typical for such provider to offer cheap prices to be the first in a search engine and after you booked there are many hidden extra cost you have to pay.

The location of this ski hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the red slope and the nearest ski lift. the view from some rooms is nice, and the rooms themselves are spacious and well-equipped with kitchen facilities. the market is conveniently located next door for easy access to supplies.

The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, with some rooms having dirty carpets and unpleasant smells.

It was very difficult to find, and the office was located in another place, more than 1 km away, also difficult to find. The worst thing was the price: The nominal price was 40 €/room and night, but on the third page of the reservation confirmation was hidden that an additional 45 € was charged for final cleaning. For a one night stop, this meant mor than duplication of the room's price. No breakfast included.

It is nice seated,not in the center directly but just a few meters from everything. The responsible of the agency where you have to check in is nice and friendly and there is an emergency number that you can call if you have problems as the reception is only open from18-19h!!!

We arrived late, at about 18,50 because of a problem with our car. At the reception we found out that we had to register at an agency in town that closes at 19h and is about 2km away so we didn't manage and when we came back to the hotel the rec was closed. We called the emergency number and in the end got our keys. The day after we were supposed to go to the agency and pay there but... surprise surprise, we found out that we had to pay 35euro cleaning fee (we only stayed 1 night and the price was 65 euro, so it's really a very high cleaning tax!!!! Also because in the price list of the hotel that we found there it was written that there was no cleaning fee!!!!! No tv in room. No bed,only a couch!!!No soap!

Really nice place to stay. Close to city centre and slopes. Warm and clean. Spacious room with comfortable furniture. Large balcony with a nice view.

We stayed only one night and we left the room clean. But they still charged us for additional 30 EUR and so we paid for the room too much (for such price we could get a room with breakfast in a hotel...The possibility of charge for cleaning was written in reservation paper but you can see that after you have made a reservation...

Living in this hotel will make you crazy.

The reception is too far away from the apartment. And cleaning cost will be 30 to 50 euro which is not clearly mentioned in the price. This is a hint after booking.

Great Location and market nearby. the apartment we stayed in had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook our own meals and save money on eating out.
